OUR MISSION
INTEGRARE was founded in 2007 to create a reality that operates smoothly in the sector of renewable energy through highly innovative and eco-friendly solutions. What drives every action of our company is the research, the milestone for the acquisition of knowledge and the subsequent creation of products that allow to combine a markedly technological approach to money saving and environment protection.
A tangible manifestation of this philosophy is the constant cooperation that INTEGRARE has established with the most important national research centers, both private and university, such as the Fiat Research Center, CNR, Milan Polytechnic, Turin Polytechnic, the University of Turin and Plast-Optica Udine Research Center.The company participation to some extremely innovative programs is realized also trough the coordination of a European project f the Seventh Framework Program in the Energy sector and the coordination of other projects which involve Lombardia and Piemonte Regions.
The commitment of INTEGRARE in the technological research is further confirmed by a statement of participation in advanced research, approved by the government program 'Energy Efficiency Industry 2015'.
The trade position of INTEGRARE lies within the range of high-end products, which combine high innovative content to the integration of non-conventional PV technologies, the electrical engineering for the maximization of out-put energy management and the tele-monitoring of the plant.

FOUNDERS
FRANCO RASELLO
Graduated from the Turin Polytechnic with a specialization in laser systems, Franco Rasello has started his career at the FIAT Research Centre in the field of physics. Through this partnership he could increase the skills necessary to specialize in development of optical systems applied to laser, optical fibers and optical metrology systems. He also acquired several patents in the field of optical metrology with laser technology.
He founded several companies in computing including the Group INTEGRA which is Ceo and then move on to the energy sector with INTEGRATE which is President and CEO.

MARCO SPINETTI
Graduated from the Sapienza University in Rome with a specialization in microprocessor control systems and power electronics, Marco Spinetti has started his career with IBM Italy and later moved to IBM USA where he worked in the development of subsets of communication of the Series 9370. Back in Italy, he has become the responsible of the system engineers group South Center of Northern Telecom (now Nortel). In 1994 he participated in the creation of Integra Group and then of its subsidiaries. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Integra Srl.

YANN BONGIOVANNI
With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Yann Bongiovanni has began his career developing a program generator to manage databases which became the market leader in the Anglo-Saxon countries. After many years dedicated to application development, he is currently working as consultant in several evaluation, rehabilitation and consolidation projects of IT organization in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. From 1998 onwards, he hs been focusing exclusively on information security and is the advisor of several leading Italian companies.

PAOLO BOTTURA
Paolo Bottura graduated in Philosophy with a specialization in Mathematical Logic at the University of Milan. He has filled technical and commercial roles in some of the most prestigious Corporations such as IBM, Memorex Telex, Cisco Systems and Siemens. As an entrepreneur, he has founded and managed a network security company. Pragmatic and results-oriented, he has developed extensive experience in the implementation of indirect sales channels, marketing and business strategies.
MARIA ROSA CONGIA
She has completed her studies in the field of fashion and art and has a direct experience in the arts. She is the responsible for developing the company's image through the use of creative and innovative formulas.

VALERIO MINERO
Graduated from the Turin Polytechnic in Electrical Engineering, where he published his thesis on Flexible Manufacturing Systems, Valerio Minero has started his career in FIAT Group dealing with industrial automation. Later he joined the Olivetti Group, where he first worked on production information systems and then on data networks, developing its international business networking. He became part of the general management of some leading international ICT groups (Getronics, Italtel), dealing with system integration, engineering and services.
GIUSEPPE SALA
After starting as an employee in some insurance companies, Giuseppe Sala has become the computer information system executive manager of the Milano Assicurazioni group. In 1988 he began his career as an entrepreneur building several companies, some of which he then sold to big international groups. He has many years of experience in companies start-up, helping them to sustain their growth to become solid and lasting realities.
